This is our main Fundraising Event

We need volunteers in multiple areas to run the fundraiser effectively!

Please look over the responsibilities of the position as certain ones my have physical expectations

Please arrive 15 minutes before the shift begins

Find Julia - she is the coordinator of the volunteers for the event

U-Haul Loading - Friday Night 5-6:30pm
This volunteer will need to arrive at THE STUDIO at 5pm on Friday November 6th to load the U-haul with bins, and supplies. They will need to be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Unloading & Set Up - Saturday 8-10am

This volunteer will be at the venue at 8:15am to assist in unloading the U-Haul, moving items to appropriate areas, then setting up the display tables.

This volunteer will need to be able to lift about 30 pounds

Fundraiser/Bowl Set Up - Saturday 8-11am
This volunteer will be placing soup bowls on the tables and/or double checking pricing and placement of fundraiser items to sell during the event

Cashiers -Shift A 11-1pm, Shift B 1-3pm
This volunteer will need to be able to use the Shopify tablet to itemize sales, run credit cards and make change using the Shopify tablets used at the studio. Training will be available the week before the event if needed

Cashier Assistants - Shift A 11-1pm, Shift B 1-3pm
This volunteer will assist the cashiers by listing items each customer is purchasing, handing the list to the cashiers to ring up for purchase

Food Service - Shift A 10-1pm, Shift B 1-4pm
This volunteer will be setting up the kitchen or closing the kitchen under the direction of the Food Service Director - Mark, and serving soup to customers according to food safety guidelines as outlined

Silent Auction/Raffle Tickets - Shift A 11-12:30pm, Shift B 12:30-2pm
This volunteer will assist with set up of the Silent Auction tables, and when the item is won, will assist in packing the items up for the winners We will have a Raffle ticket sales table they will need to be responsible for a cash box and run a Shopify tablet

Wrapper - Shift A 11-1pm, Shift B 1-3pm
This volunteer will assist Will wrap up the items purchased and hand to the customer after cashier has rung up the sale

Floaters Shift A 11-1pm, Shift B 1-3pm 

This volunteer will do jobs as need at the event

End of Event Clean Up -  2:30-4pm

This volunteer will be packing up the remaining bowls and fundraiser items to then be loaded into the U-Haul by the loaders/unloaders to bring back to the studio

Please be aware we will be organizing the remaining fundraiser items as we pack them up into 3 sections:

• Keep
• Donate
• Trash

U-Haul Unloaders - 4pm-5:30pm 

This volunteer will meet at the studio to unload the U-Haul of the bins and supplies into the shed
